    The "Fresh Air" Option

    It’s exactly what it sounds like: a professional session that takes place outdoors. We meet at one of our local Milwaukee parks and talk while we walk at a pace that feels natural to you.

    What to expect: A side-by-side conversation that feels more like real life

    Why it works: Moving physically helps you move mentally. It naturally reduces stress hormones and helps your brain process thoughts more clearly. Plus, it's just nice to be outside.

  • Virtual

    The "Zero Commute" Option

    If your schedule is packed or you just really don't want to fight Milwaukee traffic, virtual therapy is the way to go. We’ll meet via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

    What to expect: The same high-level professional care, just from your couch, office, or parked car. (Dogs, cats, and messy coffee mugs on your desk are always welcome.)

    Why it works: It removes the friction. When you don't have to factor in driving and parking, it’s much easier to fit real mental maintenance into a busy week.
